Land Tech recently helped a developer layout 5 different condo buildings on 5 different lots in a condo development in Brookfield, Wisconsin. It was very important to have the layout of all the buildings ahead of time to make sure that all the building setbacks were met. Two of the buildings were staked and will be ready for excavation once the building permits are issued.

There seems to be some positive action within the condo industry in Southeastern Wisconsin. Some of Land Tech’s developers have purchased bankrupt developments from the banks, and are able to turn a small profit.
